It is hard to put into words how FANTASTIC I"ve felt since yesterday’s Tri!!!  I always wanted to participate in an all-women's event and I’m so happy I did. It makes you feel powerful and proud of what you have accomplished. And to be called a Tri-Athlete is the BEST!!! Within the heart of my training was your phenomenal organization. The staff is supportive, approachable and so easy to work with. I’ve met so many great women along this journey Kelly Ann, Maureen among others who are the best! I have tons of stories about fellow participants I met at the Expo ( I volunteered) and during the tri who I will remember forever-It was a BLAST!!! We cheered each other on, swam, biked and ran and walked with each other, whatever it took to reach our goals. For me it was a personal journey. My mom is a skin cancer survivior and yesterday was her birthday. I guess I wanted to give her a gift she would remember that we both could benefit from and we did. So I’m commited to continuing my journey with triathlons- I signed up on Saturday for next year and who knows I’ll most like do the Philly Tri also. So Thank you again for a fun Kick A-- Ride!!!!
