The SheROX Miami Triathlon is a
sprint distance triathlon. 

The distances are
.8K (.5 mile) swim, 32K (20 mile) bike, 5K (3.1 mile) run.

The SheROX Miami Triathlon is sanctioned by USA Triathlon.  All participants, including relay team members, must be a USAT member or purchase a single event permit for $10.

There are no refunds and no transfers of applications.  We do allow entries to be deferred into 2010.  Requests for deferrals must be made in writing to info@sheroxtri.com.  When entering the 2010 race, deferred entrants will be required to pay a $50 administrative fee plus the difference between the 2009 fee and the 2010 fee.
