Online registration for the 2010 SheROX Miami Triathlon will remain open until noon EDT on Wednesday, April 21.  To register, click here.  Registration will also be available at the Expo on Saturday, April 24th from 10 AM - 4 PM.

The SheROX Miami Triathlon is a sprint distance triathlon.

Time: 7:15 AM (please note new start time to ensure there's sufficient light at the start)
Location: City of Miami Marine Stadium

Miami, FL 33149

Distances: .8K (.5 mile) swim, 20K (12.4 mile) bike, 5K (3.1 mile) run.

Fees:
Individuals - $95 until 3/31, $105 thereafter
Relay Teams - $150 until 3/31, $160 thereafter

The SheROX Miami Triathlon is sanctioned by USA Triathlon. All participants, including relay team members, must be a USAT member or purchase a single event permit for $10.

YOU MUST DROP YOUR BIKE IN TRANSITION ON SATURDAY; THIS WILL ALLOW FOR SMOOTHER ENTRANCE INTO TRANSITION ON RACE MORNING.

Sunday, April 25, 2009 - Race Day

5:00 a.m. Transition area opens
6:45 a.m  Transition area closes
7:15 a.m. Race begins
8:30 - 11:00 a.m. Post-race celebration and athlete breakfast, finish area
9:30 a.m. Awards ceremony
7:00 - 10:30 a.m. Expo

Refund and Deferral Policy
 

There are no refunds and no transfers of applications. We do allow entries to be deferred into 2011. Requests for deferrals must be made by completing this form by midnight EDT the night before the 2010 race date. You do not need a doctor's note to defer; you can defer for any reason. You will not receive a refund for your 2010 entry fee, and you will be required to pay the full fee for 2011, but a slot will be reserved for you if you enter up until 12 weeks prior to the 2010 race. Instructions for entering the 2011 race will be sent to you around the time that 2011 registration opens.
