Wave #1: Age 25-34 (Yellow Caps)
Wave #2: Age 24 & Under; Age 35-39; All Relays (Red Caps)
Wave #3: Age 40-44 (Sky Blue Caps)
Wave #4: Age 45+ (Green Caps)
Wave #5: Buddy & Survivor Wave (White Caps)

Waves will go off at 5 minute intervals
