Registration Information

When you register for a SheROX Triathlon, you will need to decide whether you want to register as an Individual, or as a Relay Team ("Category"). You will also need to select a registration "Division"; Age Group, Elite Pro, Elite Amateur, Buddy Wave, or Survivor Wave. Before you register, please read the Category and Division descriptions carefully so you make the correct selections. Category and Division descriptions can be viewed here. If you need to make any changes to your race Category (Individual or Relay) or Division (Age Group, Buddy Wave, Survivor Wave, Elite Amateur or Elite Pro), or change a Relay Team entrant, please email Gretchen@sheroxtri.com.  Changes need to be made at least 14 days prior to race day. if the change results in an increased fee, you will be charged the difference. If the change results in a lower fee, you will not be refunded the difference.

All SheROX Series Triathlons are sanctioned by USA Triathlon. All participants, including relay team members, must be a USAT annual member or purchase a single event permit for $10.

There are no refunds and no transfers of applications. We do allow entries to be deferred into 2012. Requests for deferrals must be made by completing a deferral form which is available here. You do not need a doctor's note to defer; you can defer for any reason. You will not receive a refund for your 2011 entry fee, and you will be required to pay the full fee for 2012, but a slot will be reserved for you.  Instructions for entering the 2012 race will be sent to you around the time that 2012 registration opens.
