Online Coaching - Personal coaching options - get the benefits of one-on-one attention with Tri Babes head coach Andie Bernard.  Choose one of these two coaching options:

Diva Training Plan - Individualized monthly online coaching and training plan with monthly workouts for swimming, cycling, running, and/or strength training.  Monthly field test and lactate threshold tests used to establish training zones.  Unlimited email/phone contact. One time set up free $99, monthly fee $150.

SheROX  Sprint Triathlon Race Specific Plan - Specially designed for SheROX Aurora race athletes to prepare you for race day! Learn what triathlon equipment you really need, how to properly and effectively train for this triathlon, and nutrition information. You'll receive a SheROX race specific weekly training plan through a Training Peaks.com online account. With this Training Peaks account you can log in, read and record all your workouts and nutrition. Plus receive daily e-mailed workouts, invites to Tri Babes Training clinics and socials, and more!  REGISTER EARLY AND SAVE!

EARLY BIRD RATES:
16 week plan starts March 1st; $175.  Register by Feb. 22nd and save 10%.
12 week plan starts April 1st; $145.  Register by March 15th and save 10%.
8 week plan starts May 1st; $99.  Register by April 15th and save 10%
