The SheROX Triathlon Series has partnered with several local organizations to offer training plans to everyone who registers for the SheROX Miami Triathlon and wants help preparing for the big day!

BodyZen

The folks at BodyZen have put together a 12-week training plan specifically designed to help you meet your SheROX Triathlon goal. Named “Best Multisport Coaching Company” by Competitor Magazine for three years in a row, BodyZen coaches are USA Triathlon certified and insured with over 20 years of combined experience. Their results-oriented methodology has enabled athletes to achieve triathlon goals from completing a first sprint all the way to racing Ironman Hawaii.
The program includes:

• A detailed, easy-to-follow weekly training schedule so you're ready for April 25th!
• Three coaching sessions with at least one USAT certified BodyZen coach.
• Training sessions held on Key Biscayne and or Coral Gables
• Email consultation access to your coach
• Discounts on bike fittings, races and gear at local and online shops
