Sprint: .8K (.5 mile) swim, 20K (12.4 mile) bike, 5K (3.1 mile) run
Super Sprint: .4K (.25 mile) swim, 10K (6.2 mile) bike, 2.5K (1.5 mile) run
The course runs entirely on Belle Isle, the largest island park in the United States. Comprised of 985 acres, Belle Isle is also the tenth largest municipal park in the United States. Located in the middle of the Detroit River on the Michigan/Canadian border, Belle Isle has a unique history dating back hundreds of years. The island is 3 miles east of Downtown Detroit off Jefferson Avenue, and can be accessed by crossing the MacArthur Bridge on East Grand Avenue. SWIM
The swim will take place on the north side of the island at the swim beach, and will include two turn buoys.
BIKE
The bike will take place on a 6.2-mile loop around the island, following the same course as the Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix auto race. Athletes in the Super Sprint will complete the loop once, with Sprint competitors completing the loop twice.
RUN
The run will take place on paved roads.

Fees:
Individuals - $65 until May 15, $75 until close
Relay Teams - $120 until May 15, $140 until close
