Whether you've never done a triathlon before or you're an experienced veteran, it helps to have a plan to help you achieve your race day goal.  We've developed two levels of training plans for SheROX Triathlon registrants.

Beginner Training Plan
Get ready for your first SheROX Triathlon! This beginner level training program designed for use by athletes new to triathlon training and racing, or for an experienced triathlete who has a minimal amount of time to train. Simple to follow and easy to understand, this 12-week plan takes you through a steady progression of training each week, gradually building your fitness towards a great triathlon SheROX Tri experience on race day!  Click here for more information, pricing, and to see sample workouts.

Experienced Triathlete Training Plan
If your goal is not only to finish but to finish as fast, then consider the Experienced level training plan.
